　　My name is Red, or Scoobie Doo as my foster dad calls me. I was found under a porch abandoned and in terrible condition as a small puppy and taken in by a nice girl. She was sadly unable to keep me and it looked like I might end up in the dreaded pound. Lucky this nice man stepped in to foster me. However, he work long hours and has to travel for weeks at a time for work so I need my own loving forever home!

　　I am a good natured and very sweet boy who loves my people and will follow you around the house with dedication and if you let me will sneak into bed at night to sleep quietly with you. I am still young 7/8months they think and weigh about 45lbs. I am an energetic puppy full of energy so I need plenty of exercise and love hiking. I have some basic training, sit, stay, etc. but need continuing work. I am house trained and leash trained. During the day I stay in a fenced yard with no trouble. I love my swimming pool. Bigger water is a little more worrisome but will swim if my people go out in it. I dont mind loud noises or lots of people and dont mind sharing my food with people, though I have not had the chance to share with other dogs. I am good with other dogs, but I have not had too many chances to work on my socialization so get very excited to see friends.

　　I have had a vet checkup, had all my vaccinations including rabies, and have been neutered. I am looking for own loving forever home, one where I can get all the love and attention I deserve. If you think I could be the pup for you please email with some information on yourself/family and home.
