Please contact Anna ([email protected]) for more information about this pet.
Hi. My name is Sandy. I am learning many things from my foster family. I have a toy box full of toys that I can play with, which is really fun. I love rawhide chew bones. My foster mommy says it's better to chew on that than her shoes. I am crate trained. I am potty trained. I am never left a lone outside. I do get to go outside many times throughout the day and explore. I listen to birds, squirrels chattering and airplanes fly above me. I follow my fur foster sister everywhere she goes. I like other dogs. I like to run through the sprinkler and get a little wet. I don't bark very much but I am always alert. I am cautious of new people I meet but I am not aggressive. I am working on my social skills.
A word from my foster mom....
Hi. My name is Anna. Sandy enjoys playing with toys, being outside when the weather is nice and stealing the outdoor slippers. When I am home, she has free run of the house. She sticks close to me so I know where she is. When I leave to work, she is in a 40" high metal play yard. (it's like crate training) she stays very well in it. Leash training is in progress but is slow going. She loves her back scratches and her ears rubs. She is becoming more playful everyday. She will be a great companion to another pet. In fact, I think she will do much better in a home that already has another dog. She bonded with my dog before she even started trusting me. As she becomes more social this may change. Trusting me did not happen over night but now she is feeling comfortable in our home.
Sandy is available for adoption. If you would like to be considered for her, please submit an online application. Only an approved application will be allowed to meet her and adopt her. I will reply by email. Please check your email for a response from me. I try to reply back as quickly as I can. If you have any questions about her, please feel free to email me, at [email protected] Thank you for your interest in my foster
