Salvadore's story

　　My prior mom had to move into assisted living so my housemate (Smud) and I need to look for a new home. I am looking for a home that will be patient and love me. I am a sweet, shy boy and not very outgoing. I have a low activity level, but you will sometimes catch me playing with a ping-pong ball or other toys. I do love getting neck and back scratches. I have a great purr. Expect me to drool a little bit too. When we get to know one another, I will roll over for a tummy rub occasionally. I might start out giving you a hiss, but you can still walk up to me and pet me. Once we spend some time together, I will start to relax. It would be best for me to have a home with older children and/or adults. I love catnip and kitty treats and have been getting these just before bedtime. I have been eating dry and wet food daily. I do love to sit in windows and I like sleeping off the floor (on kitty tower, etc). I am very good about using my cat box. I am not fond of being carried around. I get along with other cats and I am very good with kittens. I am cautious around dogs but like cat friendly ones.
