Rusty has a very sad story. He was found in a dumpster with a leash tied around so tight on his neck that it had to be cut off. He was parasite infested and emaciated. He didn't know love or how to play with toys. Fortunately, he is with an amazing foster who has taught him to be part of a pack, manners, he learned the doggie door very quickly and other commands. He is now playing with toys and turns out he is a talker. Rusty has an adoption fee of 325.00 which includes all his puppy vaccines, 2x dewormer, microchip and his neuter. It also includes 2 basic training sessions which are required for adoption. If you want to meet Rusty, you must apply first. He is such a doll and will be loved the moment he gives you a hug.
