Rock's story

　　Gambit is crate-trained and housebroken. He is 5 months old. He only lived inside. He could use obedience training. His owner had to move and could not take him along. He likes dogs, toys, blankets, playing,walking on a leash, and people. He knows to sit and come. He does have a bothersome habit of jumping up on people but - He's a PUPPY! He ate puppy chow and he is already microchipped. Rock is around 7-8 years old and came back to the shelter with his friend Rugrat. They have been raised together and are great snuggle buddies. Rock will try to eat Rugrats food so he should be seperated when it is feeding time. Rock had to be surrendered back to the shelter because his owner could no longer care for him. He was covered in fleas and on the skinny side. With some tender love and extra attention he is looking and feeling alot better. It is important that when you adopt a dog that you think about the big picture and plan ahead with finances. Rock is a sweet loving dog and even though he can be intimidated by new people in the beginning he quickly warms up and wants to be a lap dog. It would be great if Rugrat and Rock were adopted together.
