Reba's story
Reba she is about 1.5 yrs old (the vet gave her a bd of 1/4/2017) and she is 62 pounds and you can see she needs to put her weight back on after raising her puppies. She could easily be 75+ pounds. She loves people and adores her foster dad which is really cute. She has been checking out our fence but we have been telling her no and redirecting her each time. NO way we are leaving her out unsupervised! She has a ton of boxer in her front half we think. In one of the pics I did to show you the gold in her back, she's gold flecked! She is gorgeous! She's seen the foster's other dogs Wookie and Sheba but no direct interaction so far BUT she just arrived to EAPL. She thinks chickens are really weird but no aggression towards them at all. She's still a pup herself in a lot of ways and is trying to play with the pups like she's a pup so can get a tad rough so we are always watching and supervising the gang of them lol. The foster will not be introducing her to kitties, at all at this point, it's way to early with her newly arriving to the home and so much new to her.
Reba is going to need a home with a HIGH fence and LOTS of exercise for sure. Just think a high energy young adult with 8 impediments for the last 7 weeks lol that would drive anyone a bit bonkers. A ll of the puppies are very people oriented which is good. They would much rather be with us then mom most of the time unless they are passed out in a puppy-pile snoozing or exploring their huge yard when they are outside.
