Radleigh is approximately 4.5 months old. He is a very smart boy, he knows how to sit, lay down and even working on roll over already! He is a great passenger in the car too.
No he is not house trained, this can take up to a full year and bladder/bowel control doesn't typically start until around 16 weeks old. Foster family is working on crate training also.
Pups this age are fantastic with everyone, other dogs, cats, farm animals, etc...they are learning and curious of the world around them. This is the time to start and never stop socializing. Pups are also good with children, but we will only adopt our pups out to homes with considerate children. No rough play or mistreatment such as carrying around by the neck, tugging on, jumping on, riding, etc...will be tolerated. We are reluctant to adopt out to households with toddlers as young pups can be easily injured if mishandled, but will consider it on a individual basis.
*Petfinder requires we list breed(s) of dog, however, visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For the large majority of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dogas an individual and will do our best to describe each of ourdogs based on personality, not by breed label.
