Quarterhorse - Kelos - Medium - Senior - Male - Horse

　　If you are looking for a beautiful, kind, gentle, well-trained SAFE horse for a child or smaller woman/beginner, this is a wonderful horse. He is in his 20s and is very suitable for light riding, light trail riding, arena, showing or similar easy activities. Kelos is a former Grand Champion Western Pleasure Show Horse and you can see his experience and training in his every move. But mostly he is safe and kind so a wonderful horse for someone just learning, needing a confidence builder or something similar. He's the kind of first horse everyone should have. His feed needs are a combination of soaked hay cubes and equine senior. This is easy and relatively inexpensive to do. Because of limited teeth which is true with many older horses, we make his feed on the "mushy" side but using hay cubes makes it affordable and easy to do. He then loves to graze quietly on hay which we scatter in the field. He is about as average size as a horse could be, just barely topping 15H but a great size for a child, youth or smaller person. Good feet, moves nicely but is not suitable for a big, heavy man. A lighter person with light riding would be perfect for him. He is up to date on everything and has been vet checked.
