　　Sacramento- Professor Charles Xavier (or X as he has been known) was born at the end of July. He has Spina Bifida and cannot use his back legs, but he doesnt know there is anything wrong with him. He is a petite French Bulldog (only about 17 pounds). Him having SB means he is incontinent (cannot control his bowels or bladder), but he is used to wearing diapers. He actually runs around on his front two legs even without the wheelchair and is super fast. He is a happy and energetic boy, always ready to give love and play. Other than his mobility and potty issues, he is a normal puppy. Dogs with spina bifida can live normal lives, and he is looking for a home to bring joy to.

　　He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready for a home of his own.
