Pima Paws For Life is open 7 days a week for adoptions. 9-11a and 2-5p. 2509-2 W. Zinnia Ave., Tucson, AZ 85705. Dogs on medication for Valley Fever or skin conditions will go home with a one month supply of medication to allow adopter time for continuity of care. Valley Fever is caused by a fungus that grows in the soils. It is not contagious to other pets or people in your home.Treatment usually lasts 6-12 months, though some cases may be a lifelong commitment to the medicine. The cost of medication equates to a cup of gourmet coffee each week. We utilize a compounded drug from a reputable compounding pharmacy in Youngstown, AZ. They have committed to pass a 10% discount on to the adopter. All dog adoptions include: Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, Mico Chip, Pima County license, and Free Vet vist!
