　　Peter was most certainly a pet at one time. We don't know how he ended up outside,  but he definitely doesn't belong there. He's a very sweet, friendly and gentle boy that has trouble standing up for himself. He needs to be in a nice safe home where he's mainly indoors, but could go outside supervised. We are unsure of how he is with kids or dogs. He's neutered and up to date on vaccinations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
