Patrick's story

　　My name is Patrick and I came to FCCRSNC all the way from Houston, TX! I am an extra large kitty as I

　　weigh about 23 lbs. Dr. Gloria thinks I need to weigh around 18 lbs, so I have been put on diet food.

　　Luckily, though, I LOVE my diet food and gobble it right down! My foster mom has been feeding me my

　　food in this round ball with holes in it that I have to bat around the room to get the food to come out.

　　She says that's more entertaining for me and I guess I have to admit that it is.

　　I don't have much interest in playing with toys just yet, but I think I will have more energy as soon as I

　　drop a few pounds. Everyone tells me how unhealthy it is to be as large as I am so I need to find a home

　　where my new family will love me enough to keep me on my diet (no matter how much I complain)!

　　Since I am so large, I have trouble grooming all of my parts, so I also need regular brushing to keep my

　　coat nice and soft and handsome. I do love to be brushed so that will be fun for everyone!
