Oscar came as a stray. He is a little scared at times, but in the last few weeks with his new foster mommy he is coming around and warming up. He loves pets and rubs on his head. He also loves hanging out on his cat hammock, so cute! He has the cutest meow. He currently lives with a dog, but hasn't had much interaction with it yet.
