My story

　　​Nolan, the newest heartthrob of the shelter. This shy guy is doing his best to be brave in the shelter, and has definitely won over the humans he's met here, now he just needs to win over the heart of a family! Nolan is approximately 50 pounds, and at 2 years old, that's as big as he'll get, making him the perfect size for practically any home. He was in a foster home prior to coming to our rescue, where his foster had lots of information to share about him.

　　Nolan was the definition of a velcro dog, loving his humans, and making sure he was with them at all times, never wanting to miss a second of snuggles or any of the action! Nolan was also house broken and crate trained, learning the routine of his foster family and some tricks, too! Nolan lived with and loves other dogs, though sometimes his over the top playstyle is a bit much for more reserved pups.

　　Nolan also LOVES toys, romping in a yard and entertaining you with his zoomies! At the end of the day, he will definitely try and sneak into the bed with you, or onto the couch to get his snuggles in while binging that new show! After arriving at his previous shelter with a 4 inch deep gash on his side, you have to wonder what he went through, and how he still greets those around him with his soft and gentle demeanor, seeking your attention!

　　His foster family ended with the heartbreaking sentence "He is perfect, I love him so much, and he is SO hard to let go.".. However, as those of us in rescue know, to love them enough to send them on saves the lives of so many more! And now all Nolan needs is a forever family to complete his rescue story!
