Nick4's story
Nick is a lovely young liver male Dalmatian living the good life in Albuquerque NM. There he has learned so much but mainly how to be a fun dog so he can find a fun home. He had lots of agility training in his first home, but no manners training. Going from an outdoor world into the current foster home, Nick is quite happy now that he learned that cuddling on the couch is allowed. So, too, is playing with all the other dogs. Nick needs a home with another playful dog as he has lots of energy, or a home where he can run or bike or go riding with horses, maybe, to keep in shape. Nick loves to toss his toys in the air and catch them or he will happily play fetch. Obedience "school" has been fun in his current foster home. He has learned so many good things, like crating, leash walking and not rushing doorways and using the dog door. Young kids under 10 years tend to get Nick too excited, so older kids only, please. And no cats or small dogs as he gets so excited that he might hurt them without realizing. Nick Nack is good in the house but doesn't want to be alone all day long. He hopefully will find someone who will come home and toss the ball at lunchtime or maybe doesn't work long hours. This boy loves to sleep at his foster mom's feet and does not want to be alone outside any more, like he had been for the first years of his life. For more information, contact Lyn @
