Mimosa's story

　　Mimosa came to Animal House with her six puppies from Oklahoma. Her puppies have been adopted and now it's Mimosa's turn! Kind and gentle Mimosa will be an amazing family dog as she loves to be cuddled on my kiddos! Mimosa can be wary of some men at first and needs a kind word and some cookies to warm up. Amazingly well behaved in the home and on leash Mimosa's bad habit is "counter surfing" while you are gone and eating any left out food. Mimosa is fully potty trained, but shouldn't be left in the yard unattended, she can jump a six foot fence with ease! Mimosa was diagnosed with heartworm and is looking for a Foster-to-Adopt family while she goes through treatment. Please ask a staff member about her condition and if she is the right dog for you!
