Marge's story

　　Meet Marge! Marge came to us severely overweight. Since joining our rescue, she has lost over 7 lbs! She is noticeably spunkier thanks to her very successful weight loss program. Marge is still a total couch potato at heart and enjoys spending the majority of her day moving from bed to bed! . She is a super low maintenance, calm companion who does not expect much. Marge LOVES other dogs and really enjoys their company. She enjoys her walks but when shes had enough she will sit and expects you to carry her the rest of the way. Who could resist that? Not us! Marges vision and hearing arent the best but it doesnt stop her from easily navigating her surroundings. Marge is housebroken but will use pee pads if you cant get her out as quickly as she needs. Marge is hopeful that her future forever family continues her weight loss journey. It is important that she is appropriately fed and enjoys her regular walks. She is feeling so much better now that the weight is melting off and she now has a real chance of enjoying her senior years!
