　　PAHS has special discounted adoption fees for senior adopters (60 years old or older). We also are doing the 'Better with a Buddy' adoptions with our cats and kittens. You may adopt 2 cats or kittens for the adoption fee of one which is $50.

　　Lucky is a 10-year-old male Chihuahua who has already been neutered. He is tan with just a little bit of white markings. Lucky was brought to the shelter because his owner has become a caregiver for an elderly family member. This sweet fellow weighs only 6 pounds so he is a little guy. In his previous home he lived with other dogs and cats. Like most Chihuahuas he can be a little bit nippy with sudden movements or loud noises so we would suggest he not be in a home with small children. Lucky is a very sweet little boy who will quickly bond with his new owner. He would be the perfect lap dog for someone who needs a new best friend! Please come out and meet lucky soon.

　　Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
