I am a loving 12 lb, 4 year old Terrier-Schnauzer mix but my foster mom would say I'm part billy goat. I love to play with toys and race outside. My favorite toy is my tennis ball. Sometimes I'll sleep with my tennis ball so I can dream of playing fetch with my human friends! While I love to play, I'm absolutely most comfortable snuggled up on the couch with my family. Whether they're working from home or watching Netflix, I'm a great couch potato & companion! I absolutely love my human companions and I am content doing anything as long as I'm by their side. I am also potty trained and play well with people of all ages & other dogs! I love to go on long walks but I am still working on my leash manners as I can get too excited to explore & meet new friends. I would do well in any home looking for a life-long snuggle buddy. My adoption fee is $250. Loki has a bite record with the Humane Society from his previous owner, who reported an incident in which Loki was startled awake in the middle of the night and resulted in a bite that had broken skin. For precautionary measures, it is recommended for Loki to sleep in a dog crate or separate room and to stay with a family without small children. His current foster family has not seen any signs of aggression with Loki. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies.
