I would ask that if anyone be willing to take either/or or both in, they can email me at [email protected]. I can give more information to any inquires. Ginny, when thinner was such a beautiful girl. Even in her older years with some exercise she could be again. Let me know if the pics came through too. Thank you!
Leo is a 6 year old, neutered male, Pit Bull mix that weighs 64.6lbs. He has not received a lot of exercise except for running a small fenced yard. Leo is a playful, smart dog that is ready to have fun. He would love a home with daily exercise and training. Leo will need an owner willing to work with him. He could use some manners as he pulls on a leash. When introduced to another dog his size Leo was friendly. Leo was in a shelter before and notes from that time say that Leo growls and snaps at other dogs. Leo is large and energetic so he may be too much for small children. Leo is not good with cats so he needs a home without cats. Ginny and Leo were brought to the shelter together. Leo is quite attached to Ginny. If they could stay together that would be ideal but good homes is the most important goal. Transportation for these pups can be arranged from Nebraska. Adoption fees to Capitol Shelter will need to be covered to bring one or both to a new home.
