　　Description of item for sale:

　　This beautiful Louis XV style bed is from France and dates to the late 1800's or early 1900's.  Notice the bombe (curved) surface of the footboard.  This bed is made from walnut finished to a pleasing warm honey color.  It is in very good antique condition with only very minor chips and scratches consistent with its age.  As we do with all of our furniture, we finished it with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come.  Dimensions: the headboard is 69" tall and 71" wide.  The footboard is 39" tall and 71" wide.  The distance between the rails is 60.5" and the rails are 75" long.   (K-006)
