This special purse/shoulder bag has really been woven out of lacquered paper strips and is mostly foreign words, from exactly what I can see. There is a woven string cord to use it over the shoulder, or it could be a clutch. It attaches with a magnetic catch. It determines about 10-1/2" across by 7" high. It will certainly broaden to about 5-6". There is a percentage of wear on it, but it's in quite excellent condition overall.
