　　Meet Katie!

　　Katie is beautiful, social, sweet, playful, and easy going. She Loves to be petted, talked to, and being part of the family. She loves human interaction and playing with toys..especially soft mice and ping pong balls (see her videos!). She is a young two year old, but enjoys playing like a kitten! Katie is a mellow girl and a lap cat. She will seek you out to be right close by you.

　　She doesn't seem to like dogs or feel comfortable around them and this could be because of a negative encounter she may have had before she was rescued. Although we feel that she would be the happiest in a home without a dog, we would be happy to do a foster to adopt trial to see if she feels comfortable around a dog only IF the dog is cat safe.

　　Katie is really a GEM and will make a GREAT family member! She will do very well as an only cat or with non aggressive felines. She is SO deserving of a forever home and has been patiently waiting for her forever family. She is certainly one of our volunteers' favorites and now it is her turn for her dreams of a forever family to come true! If you are looking for a wonderful companion and family member, Katie IS just the girl for you!
