Brand new, got it as a gift, its complelty waterproof, freeze proof, shock proof, and its rugged. Great for snowboarding, skiing, outdoors, surfing, etc. takes HD photos and films in 5 different modes. Great camera, LCD touch screen, very easy to use. Was $180 new. I just dont use it, im not the outdoor type. Better than the Go Pro in my opinion.
