This is an awesome beginner mountain bike. It has rock shock dart1 front shocks, and disc brakes front and rear. I have shimano clip-pedals on it right now i dont have the stock pedals so you'll either need some shoes or some new pedals. The bike has shimano shifters and derailluer.
