Hobie's story

　　Sacramento- Hobie is the cute dog who came to us with a non-union fracture in his leg (it didn't heal at all and just flopped around). Thanks to our donors and Dr Sam (Dr Sam Varon at Venetian Pet Hospital), he got specialty plates put in his leg, to save it (although, he is still not using it as much as he should but he will take some time to learn he can use it again). He is just a super sweet and easy guy. He likes attention, is housetrained, good in a car, good in a crate and just plain good! When doing labs for his surgery, we found out his kidneys aren't awesome, so he needs low protein dog food. He was neutered and we also cleaned his teeth, so he is ready to go. He is microchipped, up to date on vaccines and ready for a home of his own. He needs a check up with Dr. Sam about mid July, but is ready for a home of his own.
