Happy's story

　　This "Happy" little baby was abandoned along the highway. Boy did he chow down on the puppy chow once he was taken to the rescue that is transferring him to EAPL. He was very hungry. He is about 4 mo. old. and 25#s. They are calling him "Happy" right now because he is such a happy baby puppy. He is so sweet and all he wants is someone to play with him.
