Goldie's story

　　Update 3/6/18Hi my name is Golide and I have a true heart of gold. I had a rough start to 2018, but I am a true fighter. I am now ready to let go of my past and find my forever family. My ideal day would be outside going on a long walk, playing ball, then watching a movie on the couch. I also like to play dress up (tutus are my favorite). I am a very smart girl. I even know how to sit. I really don't like being in the shelter, so make sure and meet me a few times outside of my kennel. I may be a little timid at first, but once I trust you, I know my bubbly personality will steal your heart. Please be patient with me. I promise that I am worth it.

　　Its time for Goldie to find her forever home! Goldie and her sister, Spinky, were both pregnant and at risk of being euthanized at a high kill shelter. We rescued them both and gave them a quiet place to give birth. Unfortunately the stress was too much for Goldie and she ended up having a miscarriage. Despite all she has been through Goldie is a happy go lucky girl. She loves going for walks and getting attention. Goldie is treat motivated, eager to please and can sit on command. She can be dog picky so we recommend a meet and greet with any prospective fur siblings. Goldie seems to prefer older calm dogs. She is cat friendly.
