Ginger's story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.
Hi, I'm Ginger! I'm a beautiful young lady who was brought to Animal Compassion Team by a volunteer who witnessed me being thrown out of a truck on the street. Luckily, I now get to be loved by my foster family and foster siblings! I can be a little human-shy sometimes, but with patience, kindness, and structure, I will come around. I am potty trained as long as my humans remember to let me out and don't give me too much freedom right away. I am even crate trained! I love eating, sleeping, and laying belly up in my crate when my foster parents are working. I play well with all my foster siblings (5 female dogs of varying ages and 1 male older dog)-- even the other bald puppy in the house (2 year old child). I need people who will be patient with me as I learn to trust humans again. I would absolutely love a home with another dog who would be kind enough to show me the ropes and teach me that life isn't so ruff after all. I need pawrents who will be dedicated to consistently training and socializing me. I need structure then love to make me feel most comfortable. Not to brag, but I promise you will absolutely melt when you meet me. I have the most velvety wrinkle, plus lots of extra glorious and silky rolls that you will not be able to resist.
