My story
Gigi is a wonderful, friendly, healthy senior girl. Gigi's mom has loved Gigi since she was eight weeks old. In her senior years, Gigi retired to an indoor only life, but she's adventurous and smart, and would probably still enjoy going for walks with you outside on a harness and leash. She is fun and full of personality, and would prefer to be an only-pet who gets all the attention her humans have to offer. She went to the vet 11/27/21 to get her rabies shot, and is "healthy and doing great." She has a bit of age-related arthritis but is still very active, and loves to be pet. After 18 years together, Gigi's human mom developed life-threatening allergies to cats in 2021 which have resulted in multiple trips to the emergency room. Sharing an apartment with Gigi results in immediate respiratory issues, so Gigi sometimes temporarily visits with neighbors and friends. It's with a very heavy heart that she is looking for a new home for Gigi, so that Gigi can continue to get all the snuggles and love and attention she deserves.
Gigi is being cared for by a member of the community. To arrange to meet this cat or find out more, email us at [email protected].
