Evelyn's story

　　Meet our little athlete, Evelyn!

　　Evelyn is a 7 month old, female, Pit Bull mix who came to us after spending a couple months at the Carlsbad shelter. She is spayed, has finished house training and is almost done with her leash training. She is eagerly looking forward to a life with people she can call family for life!

　　Evelyn gets along great with other dogs and kids and with friendly cats. Due to her background, she may show hesitance initially to people but warms up quickly to show her sweet and playful side. She has a lot of energy and loves to run, hike and play with other dogs. After she is done burning up her energy, she settles down for a snuggly-cuddly nap and is the most loving girl ever!

　　Evelyn would be perfect for an active family who want an outdoorsy activity partner. Another dog sibling would be great to help train her into a confident, good girl.
