Effie's story

　　Meet Effie! She is a lab mix that is about 10 years old and is looking for her last forever home. Her owner passed away and she needs a comfortable place to spend the few years of her life. Effie is an alfa and would need to be the ONLY dog or might do well with a dog of her size that would submit to her. Don't touch her feet- that's a pet peeve of hers and she will let you know it. She is cautious of new people and needs to get to know them on her own terms. She would be best with an experienced handler. She is house and crate trained. She is sweet and just wants love.
