My story

　　Hello, my name is Dusty and I am one of the cutest and sweetest little senior Chihuahua’s you will ever meet in your whole life! Just ask my foster mom and she will tell you! I was picked up by the nice deputies of Animal Control as I wandered near a busy street! I am such a cute little munchkin that everyone in Intake just knew my family would be looking for me. As it turned out my family never came to claim me. When the shelter was getting me ready to go up for adoption they discovered that I had a heart condition that will require medication for the rest of my life. IF I stay on my meds I am just fine! The shelter also made sure I had all of my vaccinations, that I was heartworm negative, that I had a microchip, and that I had been neutered. Oh while I was here I also got a much needed dental! You should see my “pearly” white teeth! My foster mom said that I loved people, that I got along with the other dogs and cats in her home, and that I loved stuffed toys! My favorite thing is to be with my “people!” Do you have room for a seven pound lump of love in your life?
