Dixie is a 2-year-old female Pit Bull who must be spayed before she is adopted. She is a very pretty girl whose coat is gray (or blue) with white markings. Dixie currently weighs 51 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. As you can clearly see in her first picture she loves being outside and taking a nap in the warm sunshine. Dixie is good with other dogs and we believe she would be just fine in a home with children. She is very well behaved and calm. Dixie is also friendly and affectionate. Come out and meet Dixie--she is just a great all around dog who is looking for a forever family to love her.Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. All cats and kittens may be adopted for $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
