My story

　　Comrade came to the rescue with six kittens. She has been a marvelous momma to her six babies, to the neglect of herself. She came to the rescue very underweight and tired. She is thriving with a safe home and consistent food and water. She is very comfortable in our home and around our cats and dogs. She lets the dogs know when they are too comfortable with her but has never arched her back at the sight of our resident animals. She's very low-key, sleeps in the middle of the walkways, eats whatever food you offer her food, and comes for her human connection throughout the day. She is a very sweet cat.
