Collie - Kuma - Medium - Senior - Female - Dog

　　KUMA IS A NEW ADDITION AT ANNIE'S ORPHANS. THE FOLLOWING IS INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US ABOUT HER: Kuma is 12-13 years old, weighs approximately 45-50 lbs. We're told that she is a Collie/Shar Pei mix, but as far as looks go, she has the appearance of a Chow mix. She is a sweet dog, reportedly good with older kids, likes to be loved on but then goes off by herself. An alpha dog, so probably best as an only dog. Her owner died recently and her best dog-friend was adopted out. Kuma is needing someone to form a new relationship with. She is reported to be solidly housetrained, but is used to being let in and out/not trained to a doggy door. Kuma has what is referred to as "collie nose," an autoimmune issue leading to loss of pigmentation of the nose and eroding of the skin on the nose. This condition is aggravated by UV rays.
