His name is Sysco. He is around 35 years old. He is a DNA proven male. He has been tested for the 4 main viruses parrots can carry. Polyoma, Chlamydia psittaci, bornavirus, and Psittacine beak and feather disease (PBFD) which he is negative for all!

His elderly mom passed away and he's been with me since to work through grief, but I work a lot and as much as we love each other, he needs someone that can sit with him most of the day and snuggle. That's what he loves most. I'm very particular about him and I want him to go to the best place that's suited for him.

He does randomly get territorial with animals AND people and will try to run them off any way possible from who he's cuddling. He does it to my cats, dogs and human family. He demands to be the center of attention. He's a loud one and will let you know when he is bored or wanting attention. He doesnt like to be in a cage very long and if given the option he will try to sleep in bed with you lol. He does not like other birds. He gets jealous!

Again, I love him and I want the best for him. He will not come with a cage, as he has his own room so you will need a bird proof room with toys , food/water dishes and perches or a large cage. I can video call and send photos or videos... you will get to meet him and spend time with him first before making your decision because I want to ensure it's the best fit for him AND you. He is on a strict diet that he needs to stay on because he has a malocclusion (split bottom beak). I groom him myself and as long as you're in reasonable distance I don't mind coming to see him and grooming him every few months for free!
