My story

　　We pulled "Clara" today 9-23-23. She's a Border Collie mix, about 1.5 years old, and exactly 40 lbs. She's a sweet little girl, and is ready for a foster to adopt home. You can meet her in the ESPCA kennels during business hours. Submit your application at enidspca.org.
