This beautiful, vintage/antique bedroom set has been a favorite for years but the kids have left home and now we are downsizing. I bought this set at an antique auction in California in the 1980s because I needed dresser space and these are solid wood and beautifully constructed. They served me well!The set was manufactured by the Chesterfield Furniture Company as you can see from the metal badge inside one of the drawers. The company still exists in England and they responded to my email, saying they would see if they could find any information on the set. That was two weeks ago and I will update this listing when/if I hear back from them.The bed footboards have pineapple finials, which I show. One in four is missing. You can see this in the photos because I photographed both footboards.There is a fascinating "shaving mirror" that sits atop the dresser. The mirror is in excellent shape.The beds are approximately 82" x 42". They are twin beds with wood sideboards. Dimensions of the (taller) chest are 38"L x 20"W x  44.5"H. Dimensions of the (shorter) dresser are 42"L x 20"L x 34.5"H. Dimensions of the shaving mirror are 22.5"L x 7.5"W x 26"H.Headboard and footboard heights should be somewhere on this Bay's page since I filled in that info.There are some scratches and imperfections, two shown. If you are REALLY interested I can send you a list with photos of them.I don't know what this set weighs and will NOT pay shipping. I have left shipping costs as USPS Ground Advantage but that is NOT the shipping cost. I think you will need a furniture shipper.
