My story

　　Bootsie has the attitude of a king and the fierceness of a lion. But don’t let that scare you! This guy is a bit of a loof. When he eats, he demands that you scratch his butt.

　　If you stop petting and walk away he’ll stop eating and will come get you. He loves his naps, and he’s also a playful one. He loves string toys. He does have some mice, but the string is his favorite. He LOVES catnip. Oh! Does he love the nip. He loves to have tuna as a wet meal as well. I give a tuna meal to him on our special date nights. Yes! I have date nights with my foster cat! #notashamed. He’ll eat chicken and stuff but the tuna? Goes nuts! Legit nuts! It’s adorable. He likes to watch TV, He sits on the couch like a real man. Lol! Belly up, beans up and leaning back. Bootsie would be good in a calm household, as a man once banged on some pots and pans to scare him...so he can be frightened by sudden loud noises he’s not used to. He is totally fine with noises he is used to, like movies, or the trash truck and the gardeners, but he will run for the hills when I sneeze. Having kids around might stress him out so it’s best not to do so. Even though he's a pretty independent guy, as he gets more comfortable he likes to cuddle. He needs someone who can continue the trust factor that I’ve been working with him for weeks. He just started to want pets and get cuddly a bit with me just recently so it will happen, it just may take a few weeks. Bootsie is also a bit of a chatter box usually because he wants food or to play. But he also likes to talk. Bootsie is one of a kind, he just needs some patience and love after asking for permission.
