Bismarck is a 7-year-old male Beagle mix who came to PAHS as a stray. He is tricolor meaning he is brown, black, and white. We love how he has one ear up and one ear down and his ears are quite expressive. Bismarck weighs 14 pounds and since he is 7 years old he won't get any bigger; he is considered to be a small adult dog. Being a stray he has been a bit overwhelmed since he has been at the shelter. Bismarck is comfortable with adults but we would recommend he not be in a home with children. He doesn't like sudden movements or loud noises. Bismarck is fine with other dogs and wouldn't mind being in a home with other dogs. This is a good dog who is going to do great in a home with an owner who shows him the love.
