Do not forget tomorrow, December 7, is the official grand opening at Birds and Then Some. Drawings will be held every hour, refreshments will be available, we will also be drawing for some extra freebies throughout the day. Bird Bucks will be given out (10.00 for every 50.00 spent on all accessories, feed, cages and toys) to be used at a future date. We will also have Barbara Bingham Deutscher, bird trainer available for questions and answers from 2 pm to 4 pm as well as demonstrations with her trained amazon. Barbara will be donating 3 one hour sessions to 3 lucky winners for bird training with you and your bird. Please make sure to stop by at her table and register to win a training session. In store specials and new toys and cages have been added. Also ask to see the nursery where we have a 3 week old blue parrotlet, 4 five week old sun conures, 2 five week old hahns macaws, a 5 week old lovebird and a 6 week old cinnamon cockatiel. All babies are available for deposits to hold until full weaned. Babies are banded and the conures and macaws have their dna pending. Also available are parakeet starter kits and zebra finch starter kits. Other birds available are parakeets, English parakeets, zebra finches, society finches, lady gouldians, rosy bourke, bourkes, parrotlets, Blue quakers, and a nanday conure. We have a great selection of cages, seed and toys. Please ask if you do not see your favorite brand and we will order it in for you. Special orders are usually available within 1 week.
