Needs some a little tiny bit of TLC, nothing broke, needs some cleaning and touch up. It's a $3800 set I'm parting for $950 obo I am moving and need the money to move more then I need the furniture and since it will be myself moving everything there's no way I can move this all by myself so I am parting with it. It's extremely comfortable, the tables are iron/glass/ and heavy! Nothing is broke in any of it, tables will come with replacement tiles also I bought a couple years back $60 worth of tile.
