I love this set, but we moving out of state into a smaller house and must sell. I paid nearly 7K for this set a few years ago. It has only been used on holidays. It also comes with (as shown in the picture ) the custom made table pad. I paid an additional $500 to have it made and it has not been off the table. So it is in perfect shape!
