My story

　　Andrew is a gentle soul - he is never aggressive (no biting or swiping) and doesn’t get overstimulated, so lots of scratches and pets are welcome (his purr motor will be on). He doesn’t necessarily likes to be picked up and would convey his discomfort with a gentle meow or will try to go away and hide. He will also move away if he doesn’t like the intensity or location of the petting (and if he is trying to grab your hand, know that he wants to play, not pet). He can be shy at first but is full of love and seeks affection when he trusts you. From day 1, he was always available for a good cheek, head and lower back scratch. After about 10 days, he started sitting in a lap for a few minutes when I sit beside him on the floor for a massage session - use both your hands (no half-hearted effort). He doesn’t get on top of counters and is cautious of most new things. He likes to play in the morning after waking up (never wakes his people up), and in the evening and at night (he currently gets ~45 minutes of playtime with us throughout the day). He loves playing hide and seek with string toys (digging it from under something is his favorite) He quietly plays by himself with his toys when we sleep at night. He is not at all demanding and is an ideal cat - he is friendly and independent, gentle and playful, a super chill low maintenance guy.
