My story

　　Everyone can use another Amigo!Hola, friend! Or should I say… Amigo! With my playful pawsonality and loving disposition, I’m the best pal you’ve been searching for! I’m a 2-year-old, 45-pound cattle dog mix. I’m already neutered and I’m a healthy dude. When I was rescued from Mexico I had a few bumps and bruises, but I’m all cleaned up and ready to go!I’m a super sweet boy who is the pawfect balance of playtime and downtime. I get the zoomies and love playing with my toys and equally enjoy snoozing at your feet. Right now, I’m not too sure of other pooches. I am reactive on the leash but haven’t had many one-on-one introductions. I’m not a huge fan of the canine sworn enemy… cats. I do love hoomans though! I like all people, big and small, but since I’m still a rambunctious guy, I think I’d be best around older kids only. I don’t fully know my size and can get a little mouthy at playtime. Even though I love getting my energy out, I also love head scratches, cuddles, and just keeping my people company.I’m quickly learning the ropes and becoming a very good boy! I had a few accidents in the house when I first got to my foster fam, but haven’t in over a week. I don’t have separation anxiety either! I adore walk time and I’m doing well with leash training. I pull a bit, but I’m getting better and better every day. Like I mentioned, I can be leash reactive, so I’ll need to continue working on making friends and being a polite pooch!If you’re looking for the ultimate best friend… I’m the amigo for you! Between cute cuddles and perky playtime, I’m the best of both worlds! I think I’d do well as the only hound in the house. Otherwise, all I need is a loving person who can be my bestie!
