Alta's story

　　Alta, estimated bd 1/15/2018. She is Lady Diana's puppy Currently posted on our site also.) Alta is being returned to EAPL after her adoption at 8 weeks old as she is just

　　a lot

　　of dog for her adoptive family. She is strong, even if perfectly trained they feel she will be a very strong, dog. She needs proper training on dog meetings (she has nipped at strange dogs) and a strong pack leader. Her current adopter's are continuing to pay for and take her to training, socialize her and continue to work with Colorado Dog Academy. She is housebroken, great with people and great with our kids. She loves to snuggle, and be around our family. She is energetic, and lives with multiple other dogs. She loves to go on walks and play in the backyard. She has yet to get a hang of retrieving the ball but we are working on it. She is in training, comes when called and is starting to learn her other commands. Are you the right family for this strong big almost 8mo old puppy? She does need to continue her training and EAPL can assist with some of the training expense. Kitties are unknown.
