We have the title. We received it still under warrantee and have maintained it. It has been serviced at the end of each season and stored for the winter. We have a new cover in the box that goes with this boat. I just purchased new tires for the trailer and a used spare goes with it. The battery was replaced this time last year and is charged & ready. Several of the cushions have been re-upholstered as they needed it. It has always run good and is easy to load and unload. It has a stereo and you can plug a MP3 player into it. Nice blue bimini top is my favorite feature.
