1991 Gibson SG Standard "Celebrity Series" with orginal Gibson difficult shell case. A very limited number of these specialized instruments were made during the month of August 1991.

　　The identification number indicates this was the 5th instrument numbered in Gibson's Kalamazoo factory on the 332nd day of the year 1991. The Celebrity Series instruments belonged to a Guitar of the Month special problem from July with October 1991. There were 4 different models, one for each month, each which included black finish, gold plated metal hardware, and a Celebrity Series decal on the back of the peghead. The SG Standard Celebrity Series design was the August 1991 instrument in this series. It features a mahogany neck and body, ebony fingerboard with white binding and pearloid trapezoid inlays, Gibson and crown shape pearl peghead inlays, beveled edge laminated black pickguard which surrounds the two humbucking pick-ups and the bridge, Gibson design 490 humbucking neck position pick-up and design 498 bridge position pickup, gold plated metal hardware, black surface, and initial tough shell case. Present market value: $1,750 (one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars).
