1974 Kawasaki Z1A 900. This is among my personal bikes and labelled in my name. This is a matching numbers bike per Kawasaki. This bike is in running condition but it sits for long periods so might require tuning. It can be ridden now. The carbs were restored with new jets, needles and gaskets less than 100 miles earlier. There are 2 things I would advise, one is a new gasket/seal at the tach drive in the front of the engine, it leakages a little, and the other is a float bowl change in the carbohydrates. This bike is spick-and-span and in fantastic condition however it is not perfect. There is some small pitting on the front forks and the kickstart lever. The paint is brand-new, no decals were used, the striping is paint. There are some period proper mods that have been done like the Lester rims (18 inch rear and 19 inch front), Euro design low rise bars and Kerker exhaust. The exhaust is the pre 1983 Kerker exhaust with the little logo and in really great condition. The correct tool kit and owners handbook are included and in excellent condition. The seat is a brand-new replacement from Z1parts. The oil tank is not on the bike. These Z1's are increasing in value rapidly, do not miss out on this excellent investment quality bike.
